In his fourth season in Denver, Charles is General Manager for the Denver Center Theatre Company. He and his team are  responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative activities of the DCTC, creating and executing employment  contracts and coordinating the travel, housing and other needs of the Company’s resident and guest artists. Prior to DCTC,
Charles worked for Geva Theatre Center in Rochester, New York.
