David Saphier
Academy Instructor

Mr. Saphier is in his tenth year as a Teaching Artist for the Denver Center Theatre Academy. Before moving to Denver, he had interned in education departments at the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum, the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, and The Coterie Theatre. He was last seen on the stage as Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night for the Denver Victorian Playhouse. This summer, he directed A Midsummer Night’s Dream for the Teen Performance Program. Mr. Saphier received his BA at The Colorado College and his MFA in Theatre for Youth at Arizona State University.
