The Seawell Grand Ballroom is 10,000 square feet of possibilities atop the Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex, framed by a dramatic view of the peaks of the Rocky Mountains and the iconic urban architecture of Denver's Lower Downtown skyline. As the sun goes down, the ceiling transforms into a star-filled canopy and our mirror-lined walls will reflect your event's vision back to your enthralled guests. Your imagination is the limit for what we can create: Shakespearean-themed nuptials, floating DJ booths for galas, aerial dancers, multimedia spectacles and much, much more.

Newly opened in 2014, The Directors Room is located in the Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex with a southwest-facing outdoor patio and views of the mountains and the city skyline. With 1,600 square feet inside and an additional 1,200 square feet outside, the design is classic with hints of modern: warm and inviting finishes, shadow boxes with performance costumes and either natural light or blackout shades.

  • Venue rental rates between $1,000-$2,000 (depending on date, audio/visual needs and length of event)

With soaring glass ceilings and modern design in the entryway of the Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex, the Lobby is perfect for a pre-show gathering or a grand cocktail reception. The space is open to the public during Theatre Company performances in the Stage and Space theatres, but can be reserved throughout the summer months and in between performance dates.
