Saturday Night Alive is the signature benefit for DCPA Education programs, raising invaluable resources and serving more than 67,000 youth and adults each year.
Saturday Night Alive is the night out in Denver and one of the most highly-anticipated social events of the year. Next year’s event will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2016.

Hosted by the Denver Center Alliance, Saturday Night Alive brings together a sellout crowd of 800 leaders from the Denver community for a memorable event. Net proceeds, totaling more than $17.4 million over the past 35 years, support our theatre education programs. DCPA Education connects inspired learning with the creative process for 67,000 youth and adults, 475 teachers, and 260 schools statewide each year. From a child’s first exposure to the theatre at a student matinee to the High School Playwriting Competition, DCPA Education shares the creativity of the stage to instill a life-long love of learning and the theatre.

The two stars from the Tony nominated hit Broadway show, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, will delight Saturday Night Alive patrons with an evening of their favorite Broadway standards and pop tunes. Jessie won the 2014 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Carole King. Jarrod received a 2014 Tony nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical and is also well-known for playing Frankie Valli in over 1,500 performances of Jersey Boys. These two stars represent the best of Broadway today and are the perfect pair to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Saturday Night Alive.

Jarrod Spector, who currently portrays iconic songwriter Barry Mann in the hit musical, has created two solo concert shows which he has been touring in between his iconic roles on Broadway. Previously, he portrayed Frankie Valli in the Tony-Award winning Best Musical, Jersey Boys, for more than 1500 performances. His latest solo concert “A Little Help from My Friends” has sold out New York’s premier nightclub, 54 Below, 12 times this year and has gone on to sell out concert halls throughout the US. He also was a contestant on the original “Star Search” as a child and made his Broadway debut at the age of nine in the original Broadway production of Les Misérables.
