Our pentagonal-shaped Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom holds up to 1,000 guests with fabulous Rocky Mountain and Denver city views and almost endless amenities. This beautiful facility features an undulating-wave form ceiling with a thousand fiber-optic lights and a state-of-the-art sound, video and projection system for lavish presentations or entertainment. Whether an event is an informal cocktail reception or a multi-media spectacle, the skilled staff provides the expertise to make it unforgettable.

The Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex contains three extraordinary Lobby Areas for any type of event. In several configurations, the lobby areas can accommodate up to 436 for a meeting, presentation, sit-down dinner, standing reception or beautifully presented silent auction.

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts also offers event space in our distinguished Theatre Spaces. Choose from five theatres in the Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex and the Robert and Judi Newman Center for Theatre Education at the Historic Tramway Building. Additionally, the Garner Galleria Theatre & Bar houses our cabaret-style theatre and features a pre- and post-event gathering place outside the theatre. All theatres are available on a limited basis due to performance schedules.Whether you plan a meeting or a celebration, you will find that our unparalleled facilities and convenience offer the perfect space and our on-site theatrical and Broadway musical options provide enjoyable pre- and post-event entertainment.
