Directions to our theatres

All of our theatres are located in the Denver Performing Arts Complex in downtown Denver, which takes up the blocks between Speer Boulevard and 14th Street, and between Arapahoe and Champa streets. The intersection of 14th and Curtis streets is a good pick-up and drop-off location for all theatres (see map below).

Don't forget to view our calendar of downtown events to make note of days when parking might be more difficult.

Directions to our classes:

DCPA Education classes are held at 1101 13th St., in the Robert and Judi Newman Center for Theatre Education, at the corner of 13th and Arapahoe.

During our child and teen summer programming, our drop-off and pick-up location is on 13th Street (see map below). Enter 13th Street from Arapahoe Street. From there, students waiting to be picked up will always be on the right-hand side of the street in the theatre loading dock area. Cars may line up on the right-hand side to wait for students.

There are many options for parking available on-site and within a short walking distance:

Denver Performing Arts Complex Garage: Entrances are available from Arapahoe or 13th streets. Rates vary and payment is due upon entry. Cash or credit card are accepted. Wheelchair accessible spaces are located on levels 3, 4 and 5. Note: The City of Denver owns and operates this garage. Dial 311 with concerns.

Guaranteed Parking Reservations: We have partnered with Parking Panda*, the nationwide leader in online parking reservations, to allow visitors to find and purchase guaranteed parking at at many locations within walking distance of the Denver Performing Arts Complex.

Once purchased, parking is 100% guaranteed even if the location otherwise fills up, often at exclusive discounts. Simply present your purchase confirmation at the selected location, which serves as your payment with no additional fees. Inventory is limited and lots will fill up, so it is strongly recommended that you purchase parking passes for the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in advance.

Reserve Denver Center for the Performing Arts Parking

Colorado Convention Center Garage: If the Complex garage is full, parking is available at the Convention Center garage, located at Speer Boulevard and Champa Street. This garage is connected to our theatres by a pedestrian bridge.

Restaurant & Valet: Many of our restaurant partners offer parking validation or valet services. Leave your car before dinner, enjoy the show, and come back after to pick it up.

Downtown parking lots: Many downtown parking lots and garages are within walking distance to our theatres.
