Job Shadowing

Working on a professional theatre production is something you have to see to believe, so we invite students to shadow our teams as they craft a show. If you have students that are interested in the specific roles that come together to create a show, bring them to our production studios to see our creative teams at work. From costuming to set design, we’re ready to get your student excited about all of the ways they can get involved in theatre!

Space is limited. Opportunities are based on season schedule and availability.

Please contact us about a personalized job shadowing experience at education@dcpa.org.

Backstage Tours

Our expertly guided tours are 90 minutes long and take you beyond the stage as you explore costume shops, design studios, and Denver Performing Arts Complex venues.

“DCPA has some fantastic educational programs for children and teens. My daughter Katie has enjoyed being a part of the DCPA for several years. The teachers do a great job of making the students feel like they are a part of something special, and I am pleased to give back to a program that gives so much.” — Michael Roche
