In this two-week whirlwind of the language of Shakespeare, students will dive deep into the drama, humor, and heart of The Bard’s greatest works. This workshop series is designed to unlock the secrets of classical text and help actors bring timeless characters to life with bold choices and specificity.
Through voice, movement, and modern-day connections, students will explore the emotional and physical stakes of Shakespeare’s characters – where decisions often mean love or loss, triumph or tragedy. Whether you’re battling fate as Macbeth, stirring mischief as Puck, or pleading for justice as Portia, this workshop will help you connect with Shakespeare’s world.
