WAITLIST
Complete the online form to put your school on the waitlist for the 2019-20 Bobby G Awards. Please do not pay the registration fee.

We can only accept the first 45 schools to complete registration. Other schools will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which they registered.
Registration confirmation
Once applications have been reviewed, our staff will email you within 72 hours to notify you that you have been accepted pending receipt of your $200 application fee. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us with the form below.
Evaluation season
Productions must be presented between Sept 6, 2019 – Apr 18, 2020. If your show falls outside of those dates, please contact us with the form below explaining your situation for possible exceptions. If you’re unsure of title/dates, register the show title as “TBA” and an estimate of the performance dates.
Basics of adjudication
We will send four adjudicators to each school. Each adjudicator attends a training session to learn our evaluation criteria and standards. They’ll provide detailed comments on the various aspects of your production. We’ll send a sample copy of the Evaluation Form and rubric after all registration forms and fees have been received.
