The national touring company of Pippin accepted the challenge from The Book of Mormon in the viral ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which has been dominating social media all week. The cast doused themselves – acrobatically, of course — in New York City. The cast moves to Denver on Monday to continue rehearsals in preparation foi the tour launch on Sept. 6 at the Buell Theatre. To pay it forward, the Pippin cast challenged the Broadway casts of Mamma Mia!, Newsies, Newsies, and their own Times Square Pippin counterparts.
