Formally known as The Conservatory Theatre, this venue was re-named in honor of the DCPA’s late president, Randy Weeks, in November of 2018. The tribute was made possible by a significant gift to the organization’s ongoing capital campaign by longtime education and Denver Center advocates Robert and Judi Newman.
The Randy Weeks Conservatory Theatre is located adjacent to downtown’s Denver Performing Arts Complex at the corner of 13th and Arapahoe streets in the Robert and Judi Newman Center for Theatre Education. The Randy Weeks Conservatory Theatre is where the DCPA Education students can show off their newly acquired on-stage skills for their family and friends, and houses our Theatre for Young Audiences productions (seating capacity: 185).
