Deb Kelly is Managing Partner of Genesis, Inc., a brand and marketing agency that has been Denver-based since 1967. She recently retired from the board of Perdue Farms, the family-owned global consumer and agribusiness company, where she served for 28 years as an independent director. Previously, Deb was a senior executive at The Quaker Oats Company and several other for-profit businesses.

Deb has a BA from Skidmore College in New York and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. She is also Vice Chair of Healthy LifeStars, a nonprofit focused on helping kids learn to live healthy lives.

“Having grown up in the New York area with artist parents, I cultivated an interest in theater and the arts,” said Kelly. “That interest turned into a love of the DCPA and all it has to offer, especially in the area of theater education and opportunities for young people.”
