Caite Plunkett

Community Engagement Manager

Caite is a lifelong learner committed to advancing spaces of belonging rooted in justice and care. She holds a graduate degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, and a decade of direct experience developing impactful, co-created programs with communities across their home state of Colorado. Caite has worked in collaboration with schools, state government, higher education, museums, libraries, community nonprofits, and small businesses. Caite spent the last 5 years at CIRCLE Organization serving as their Director of Programs and Operations. Caite moves from a place of radical love and self inquiry, and actively supports others in their journey to connect more deeply to the whole self. Outside of work, you can find Caite in nature with their partner, RJ, and dog, Pierogi, diving into a new crafting project, or listening to a musical soundtrack. Since Caite was a child, she has held a deep love for the arts and power of creative expression. Being a theater kid, Caite is excited to reconnect to a space that has had such an impact on their own life and is eager to expand that access to others across Denver communities.
