Jennifer Dechtman

Jennifer Dechtman is a fourth-generation Denverite, attorney, real estate advisor, and community leader with a longstanding commitment to the performing arts and civic engagement. As a top-producing advisor with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, she is known for her strategic approach, marketing expertise, and relationship-driven client service.

Prior to her career in real estate, Jennifer served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado, representing the state in federal and administrative law matters. She also served as Vice President of the Denver Bar Association and as a member of its Board of Trustees.

Jennifer has been an active supporter of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts for many years, previously serving as President of the Denver Center Alliance and chairing the organization’s Hattitude Luncheon. She is a passionate advocate for new theatrical works and arts education and has supported numerous cultural organizations throughout Denver, including Denver School of the Arts, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance, and the Denver Ballet Guild. Jennifer and her family are dedicated patrons of the arts and believe deeply in the role cultural institutions play in strengthening community.
