Ken Tuchman

Ken Tuchman is founder, chairman and CEO of TTEC, a global provider of digital customer experience solutions for some of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands, with more than 60,000 employees in 82 countries. Since the company was founded in 1982, Tuchman has driven technology and service innovation into every phase of the customer experience journey. 

Ken applies an entrepreneurial approach to philanthropy by leveraging resources, expertise and partnerships to maximize impact. To empower employee giving, Ken launched the TeleTech Community Foundation, which builds stronger communities by supporting access to educational tools and programs. Through the Tuchman Family Foundation, Ken and his family help individuals and communities thrive by investing in education innovation, breakthrough medical research, positive social change, community well-being and environmental sustainability. He serves on the board of trustees of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and the board of trustees for Colorado Succeeds. Ken is a past winner of the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation’s Dream Maker Award for his commitment to quality education.
