Martha Harmon Pardee

Martha Harmon Pardee has worked as a voice over artist for thirty years. Over 23 years, she recorded approximately 3000 books for the Library of Congress’ National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, and received both national and international awards for Best Fiction Narrator (Alexander Scourby Award for Narration from the American Foundation for the Blind; the Torgi Award for Narration from the Canadian National Institute for the Blind). She was also awarded the Digital Platinum Award by the Los Angeles Braille Institute. Ms. Pardee has provided narration for Blackstone Audio, Audible Books and for many Fortune 500 companies’ online and video training programs and has been the voice of the Denver NBC affliate’s Optimum Wellness television promotion for the past 18 years in addition to other Denver and national radio spots. A graduate with honors of Northwestern University’s esteemed School of Speech, she is also an award-winning actress who has performed at the Denver Center for the Performing, Curious Theatre Company, the Arvada Center, Paragon Theatre Company, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and numerous other Denver and Boulder theaters.
