Patrick’s work in theatre and education has long been informed by his interest in the duality of arts integrated curriculum and cognitive/creative response. The power of inquiry and curiosity are central to his work in developing tools and strategies for educators and Teaching Artists that bridge the relationships between effective curriculum design, empowered critical pedagogy, and engaged student-centered learning environments. A frequent provider of professional development within the university/educational and non-profit sectors, Patrick’s work also serves law enforcement, medical, and customer service professionals. Patrick maintains his theatre work within the practices of teaching, directing, and dramaturgy.
