Tara Falk
Ms. Falk is a professional actress and teacher. She is proud to have led the Girls’ Write program at Girls Athletic Leadership School with the Athena Project, a playwriting/theater class that empowers young woman through artistic expression. Before moving to Denver, she lived and worked in NYC for 18 years. Broadway: Metamorphoses, The Constant Wife and Enchanted April. Off-Broadway: This Is Our Youth and There’s The Story. Regional: Hartford Stage, Long Wharf Theater Company, McCarter Theater, Cleveland Playhouse, St. Louis Rep., Eugene O’Neill, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Cincinnati Playhouse and many many more. TV: “Guiding Light”, “As the World Turns” and “The Black Donnellys”. She has also done numerous commercials and voice overs. In Denver, she has worked with Curious Theater Company, DCPA, Local Theater Company and has worked on numerous Voice Overs for TV and radio. She received her BFA from Boston University College of Fine Art and trained at the British American Dramatic Academy in Oxford, England. Ms. Falk is currently a program coordinator and teaching artist for Bessie’s Hope, the only nonprofit that brings at-risk youth, assisted living and memory care elders, and volunteers pf all ages together through transformational and life changing Intergenerational programming.
