Exchange Your Tickets

If your schedule changes 24 hours or more before your upcoming performance, you can exchange your tickets into available seating of the same show. Subscribers can exchange for free while single ticket buyers will incur an $8 per ticket fee.

While some restrictions may apply, this is the best way to see the show when you can’t attend your performance. Exchanges may be made by phone at 303.893.4100, in person at the DCPA ticket counter, or online by logging into your account at denvercenter.org. Visit our Ticket Exchange FAQ for full details.

Donate Your Tickets

Sometimes you aren’t able to exchange your tickets whether your plans change day-of or there are no tickets left to the show you wanted to see. While disappointing, all is not lost. You can donate your tickets back to the DCPA and get a tax break. Just submit our ticket donation form at least one hour before your ticketed performance, and you will receive an email confirming your donation for your records. Some exclusions apply.

Share Your Tickets

If you aren’t able to attend the show, share your tickets with a friend, colleague, or family member. Login to your Digital Ticket Wallet from your cell phone, tap the show you can’t attend, and click SHARE. You’ll be asked to enter the recipient’s name(s) and then receive a link to forward. While you may miss the show, you’ve just made someone’s day.

Resell Your Tickets

If you opt to resell your tickets, we encourage you to price them at face value in order to recoup your expense only.

The Denver Center is always exploring ways to offer additional flexibility to our ticketing options. If new options become available, we’ll share details on our website and with ticket buyers directly.
