For privacy and data protection reasons (such as pursuant to the Colorado Privacy Act ) you may have the right to ask for certain personal data relating to you to be removed.

This form is for requesting the removal of personal information.

When you make your request we will remove all your personal data except in certain circumstances where that information is needed to comply with our legal obligations, for example to comply with any court orders or subpoenas, carry out due diligence in accordance with statutory regulations or keep our database accurate and relevant, for example, using maintaining donation transactional information for the IRS.
