Justin Buckhold, “Bucky” was born Deaf to a hearing family and didn’t learn ASL until he was 16 years old where he attended a Deaf school. This allowed him to discover his identity as a Deaf person which is the foundation of his current success.
Bucky is a strong advocate for ASL accessibility especially for Deaf children throughout their PreK-12 schooling experience.
He currently is one of the three partners of a Deaf-owned ASL interpreting agency providing services in 7 states.
Bucky resides in Broomfield with his sweetheart, Jac and two sons, Icarus, and Zace along with a white furball, Moe.
