We understand that sometimes things come up. We’re here to help. Need extra tickets for that unannounced guest? Want to redeem your vouchers? We’ve got you covered.
DIGITAL TICKETS*
Tickets will be emailed to you 10 days before each show in your package — making it easier to keep track of shows that you purchased months in advance. Please contact Subscriber Services at 303.893.6030 if you do not receive your tickets before your performance date.

REPLACE YOUR TICKETS
If you can’t find the tickets in your inbox, we are happy to resend them. Contact Subscriber Services and we’ll email them right away or assist you at Will Call.
EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS
If you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance, we will gladly exchange your tickets into a different performance of the same show. Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging to a higher-value ticket or you may be charged a fee for exchanges made within the 24-hour time limit. You cannot exchange tickets from one production to another. There are no exchanges, refunds or replacement tickets for missed performances.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
If you are unable to use your tickets or have to cancel the day of your performance, contact Subscriber Services before the show to return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. Some restrictions apply.
REDEEM YOUR DESIGNER SERIES OR POWER PASS VOUCHERS
There are three easy ways to redeem your flexible subscription vouchers: call or email Subscriber Services, or book them yourself online. View instructions for redeeming your Power Pass or Designer Series vouchers online.
BUY ADDITIONAL TICKETS OUTSIDE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Be sure to get early notice of priority offers, discounts and breaking news by joining our email list. If you don’t already receive regular subscriber emails, please contact Subscriber Services to opt in.
HOW TO LOGIN
If you’re not sure about your password after your first attempt, please select “Forgot your password?” above the password field as your account will be locked on your sixth unsuccessful attempt. If your account is locked, you will not be able to reset your password. If that is the case, or you have other issues resetting your password, please contact the Box Office at tickets@dcpa.org.
ACCESSIBILITY

We want theatre to be accessible to everyone. In addition to wheelchair and companion seating, we offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, captioning, large print and Braille programs, as well as visual assistance including Audio Description. ENHANCED TICKETING
Renewal Options & Payment Plans
In order to give you the most flexibility and guarantee your seats, we offer a number of services to make sure your ticketing needs are always met.
EARLY RENEW OPTION
Current subscribers always have the first opportunity to renew for future seasons. While it gives us peace of mind when you renew early (and saves you a few reminder emails!), you always have the full renewal period to save your seats before we go on public sale.
AUTO-RENEW OPTION –
Take the worry out of renewing with our option to auto-renew your subscription next season. If you’re happy with your subscription package and know you will want to renew for the next season, choose the auto-renew option when buying or renewing your package for the current season. Your saved payment method will be charged each spring until you opt-out (we will email to remind you first).
CONVENIENT PAYMENT PLANS
Spread out the payment for your subscription over time. Payments will be charged on the date of your original purchase each month for 4 or 8-months.* Just choose the payment plan of your choice when buying or renewing your package. Note: A $10 one-time per-package processing fee applies to all payment plans. Restrictions may apply.
*4- and 8-month payment plans for the 2024/25 season are available through Sep 2, 2024. All payment plans initiated starting Sep 3, 2024, must be paid in full by Dec 31, 2024.
