If you lose your tickets, we are happy to reprint them at no cost. Contact Subscriber Services and we’ll resend them to you or hold your new tickets at Will Call.
EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS
It’s free to change your tickets to a different time and date up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance* (both subscribed shows and most added attractions, unless otherwise specified on the show’s webpage). Contact our Subscriber Services team to reschedule your performance.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may turn them into a tax-deductible donation to the DCPA by contacting Subscriber Services. Some restrictions apply. Tickets must be donated prior to the performance.
REDEEM YOUR DESIGNER SERIES OR POWER PASS VOUCHERS

BUY ADDITIONAL TICKETS OUTSIDE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

If you don’t already receive regular subscriber emails, please contact the Subscriber Services team to opt-in.

EARLY RENEW OPTION
You will be invited to renew your subscription early in each calendar year before we announce our next season of shows. There’s no penalty for waiting until we announce what shows you’ll see, but if you like what we’re doing, it helps you check renewing off your to-do list early and helps our box office when the demand hits later.
Take the worry out of renewing with our option to auto-renew your subscription next season. If you’re happy with your subscription package and know you will want to renew for the next season, choose the auto-renew option when buying or renewing your package for the current season. Your saved payment method will be charged each spring until you opt-out (we will call and email to remind you first).
CONVENIENT PAYMENT PLANS
Spread out the payment for your subscription over time. Payments will be charged on the date of your original purchase each month for 4 or 8 months. Just choose the payment plan of your choice when buying or renewing your package. Note: A $10 one-time per-package processing fee applies to all payment plans. Restrictions may apply.
