Experience how a career in the theatre really works by connecting with the talented creative and production teams of the DCPA Theatre Company. Work with us to customize a career day for your students. This fall we are offering career presentations virtually!
This workshop is a great opportunity for students to learn about the dynamic careers in professional theatre including, scene design, lighting, costumes, stage management, graphic design and marketing, fundraising, teaching artistry, acting and directing, and more. This classroom experience is perfect for any career pathway programs in your school. We look forward to working with your students!
Take a backstage tour, watch a Theatre Company technical rehearsal, and talk with our Education and Production staffs in a three-hour immersion into the world of theatre at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Middle and high school student groups of up to 30 are invited to see the production process of the Theatre Company. The cost for the program is $100 for the group of up to 30 students. Scholarships are available.
