Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees on DCPA Stages

The Denver Center stages are no stranger to iconic setlists. The tunes of many famous singers  have graced the Arts Complex, including performances from some celebrities themselves. In 2023 and 2024 alone, the music of five different Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees will play on the DCPA stages.

RUTH BROWN

Before Etta James, Aretha Franklin and Tina Turner, there was Ruth Brown—the legendary rhythm and blues singer best known for her hits “Mama He Treats Your Daughter Mean,” “Teardrops From My Eyes” and “5-10-15 Hours.” Her powerhouse voice and sassy squeal brought such worldwide success to Atlantic Records in the 1950’s, it was deemed “the house that Ruth built!”

TINA TURNER

Inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2021

One of the world’s best-selling artists of all time, Tina Turner won 12 Grammy Awards and her live shows were seen by millions, with more concert tickets sold than any other solo performer in music history. Her voice was undeniable. Her fire was unstoppable. Her triumph was unlike any other.

ABBA

MICHAEL JACKSON

Inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 (with The Jackson 5) and 2001 as a solo artist
