The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (“DCPA” or “Owner”) hereby invites qualified architectural and engineering firms (“Professional Services Providers”) to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposal (“RFQ/P”) for design and engineering services associated with the Bonfils Theatre Complex Lobby Renovation Project (the “Project”).

The Owner intends to retain a highly qualified and collaborative Architectural/Engineering (A/E) team to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for the Project. Services will include coordination of all required subconsultants and development of design deliverables as outlined in this RFQ/P.

The selected Architect and its subconsultants will be expected to work in a transparent, coordinated, and efficient manner with DCPA, its partners, and the Owner’s Representative, Artaic Group, while maintaining strict alignment with the established project budget, schedule, and operational requirements.

This RFQ/P will be made publicly available on the Denver Center for the Performing Arts website (https://www.denvercenter.org). All addenda, clarifications, and official communications related to this solicitation will be posted to the website. It is the responsibility of each Candidate to monitor the website for updates.

All questions regarding this RFQ/P must be submitted in writing and directed exclusively to the Owner’s Representative at the contact information listed below. No other form of communication with DCPA or its representatives regarding this solicitation is permitted.
