The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (“DCPA” or “Owner”) hereby invites qualified construction management/general contractor firms (“CM/GC Firms” or “Respondents”) to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposal (“RFQ/P”) for preconstruction and construction management services associated with the Bonfils Theatre Complex Lobby Renovation Project (the “Project”).

The Owner intends to retain a highly qualified and collaborative Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services for the Project. Services will include cost estimating, constructability reviews, scheduling, subcontractor bidding, and coordination of all construction activities as outlined in this RFQ/P.

The selected CM/GC will be expected to work in a transparent, coordinated, and efficient manner with DCPA, its partners, the project design team, and the Owner’s Representative, Artaic Group, while maintaining strict alignment with the established project budget, schedule, and operational requirements.

This RFQ/P will be made publicly available on the Denver Center for the Performing Arts website (https://www.denvercenter.org). All addenda, clarifications, and official communications related to this solicitation will be posted to the website. It is the responsibility of each Respondent to monitor the website for updates.
