If you can’t attend your scheduled performance, you can exchange your tickets for another date and time of the same show — for free. Exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the curtain of your scheduled performance.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging to a higher-value ticket or you may be charged a fee for exchanges made within the 24-hour time limit. You cannot exchange tickets from one production to another. There are no exchanges, refunds or replacement tickets for missed performances. Your new tickets will be emailed 10 days before your performance date.
