One of the best benefits of being a subscriber is first access to shows. Please make sure we have your correct email address on file in order to receive this and other priority access announcements. Email or call Subscriber Services to check that you are opted-in to marketing emails.
FLEXIBLE & FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
If you can’t attend your scheduled performance, you can exchange your tickets for another date and time of the same show — for free. Exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the curtain of your scheduled performance.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging to a higher-value ticket or you may be charged a fee for exchanges made within the 24-hour time limit. You cannot exchange tickets from one production to another. There are no exchanges, refunds or replacement tickets for missed performances. Your new tickets will be emailed 10 days before your performance date.
SAVE ON TICKETS FOR FRIENDS & FAMILY
Purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate to most shows throughout the season. As long as you are logged in with your subscriber login information, you’ll see any available subscriber discounts when purchasing tickets. Keep an eye out for emails throughout the year for discount opportunities.
