FLEXIBLE & FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
Only Subscribers can exchange tickets fee-free for another date and time of the same show (a savings of $8 per ticket). Exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the starting time of your scheduled performance.
2025/26 Season tickets are available to exchange:

2026/27 Season tickets will be available to exchange after renewal deadlines and once packages have been seated. Subscribers will be notified when seats and dates are ready for exchange (usually mid-summer).
Designer Series and Power Pass tickets are currently not available for online exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions. Additional charges may apply as ticket prices vary by date and section. There are no partial refunds for exchanging to a lower-value ticket. You cannot exchange tickets from one production to another. There are no exchanges, refunds, or replacement tickets for missed performances. For Subscribers on a payment plan—only tickets that have been fully paid may be exchanged. Other restrictions may apply, including limitations around select titles and performances.

DISCOUNTED SERVICE FEES
Subscribers save 3% on service fees for all subscription package tickets.
Why do we charge fees? Our service charges cover the cost of selling tickets and fulfilling subscription benefits, including credit card fees, fees to license our ticketing platform, DCPA Ticket Wallet, our dedicated Box Office Agents and Subscriber Services Team, and more.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
If you are unable to use your tickets, submit a ticket donation form at least one hour before showtime to return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. Some restrictions apply.
SAVE A PAYMENT METHOD
To take full advantage of your DCPA Subscriber benefits, including auto-renewal and payment plans, please select “Save Payment Information” when you check out.
HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Your username and password are the same to access both My Account and DCPA Ticket Wallet.
If you have forgotten your password, please do not create a new account. Your subscription benefits and tickets are linked to the email you used when you purchased your package.
You can initiate a password reset by visiting My Account and selecting “Forgot Password.” Once you enter your email address and click “Submit,” you will receive an email with a link and instructions to set your new password. You can always contact Subscriber Services for help unlocking your account or resetting your password.
TICKETING ISSUES

Renewing Just Got Easier
To give you the most flexibility and guarantee your seats, we offer several services to make sure your ticketing needs are always met.
HASSLE-FREE AUTO-RENEWAL
2026/27 Broadway and Theatre Company Full Season subscription packages will automatically renew for the 2027/28 Season.*
Why auto-renew?
- A stress-free experience with no deadlines or last-minute rush.
- Keep your options open. After the season announcement, you’ll have 10 days to adjust or cancel your subscription.
- Exclusive 8-month payment plan available only to auto-renew Subscribers.**
*We’ll always give you a heads up via email before we renew your subscription 25-40 days prior to the renewal date. You must have a saved payment method on your account to take advantage of auto-renewal. Patrons who have opted out of auto-renewal will not be automatically renewed. Check and update your opt-in status in your account.
**Only auto-renewal Subscribers benefit from the 8-month payment plan. If you opt to renew after the season is announced, you may choose to pay in full or a 6-month plan.
RENEWAL DEADLINE
Renewal deadlines for the 2026/27 Season are:
- Broadway Full Season Subscribers: Renew by April 27, 2026
- Theatre Company Full Season Subscribers: Stay tuned for the 2026/27 Season announcement and details.
Only Full Season Subscribers enjoy the benefit of sitting in the same seats for all subscribed productions — year after year.*
If you are opted in to auto-renewal and have a valid payment method saved to your account, you’re all set!
If you opt out of auto-renewal, you will receive a season announcement next year via email with the opportunity to renew your package. Full Season Subscribers must renew by the stated renewal deadline to keep their assigned seating locations in the Buell (Broadway) and Wolf/Kilstrom/Singleton (Theatre Company) Theatres. After the deadline, unrenewed seating locations will be forfeited and reassigned.
*Occasionally Subscribers may be moved to another day or time due to production needs or to accommodate exciting events such as the Colorado New Play Summit.
AFFORDABLE PAYMENT PLANS
Help fit more theatre into your life (and budget) with our monthly payment plan option. When new seasons are announced, plans are available for all subscription packages and allow you to spread the cost of your subscription over 2-8 monthly installments.
For the 2026/27 Season:
- Exclusive 8-month payment plan available only to Full Season Subscribers opted-in to auto-renew.
- All other Subscribers who renew between the season announcement and renewal deadline may select to pay in full or a 6-month payment plan.
- New Subscribers benefit from 2-6 month plans, depending on when the subscription is purchased. All plans must be fully paid by December 15, 2026.
*You must have a saved payment method on your account to take advantage of payment plans. All payment plans include an additional $10 per-package fee. Payments are charged on the 15th of each month after the initial payment month.

EARLY RENEW OPTION
Current subscribers always have the first opportunity to renew for future seasons. While it gives us peace of mind when you renew early (and saves you a few reminder emails!), you always have the full renewal period to save your seats before we go on public sale.
AUTO-RENEW OPTION –
Take the worry out of renewing with our option to auto-renew your subscription next season. If you’re happy with your subscription package and know you will want to renew for the next season, choose the auto-renew option when buying or renewing your package for the current season. Your saved payment method will be charged each spring until you opt-out (we will email to remind you first).

Patron Services
We want theatre to be accessible to everyone. In addition to wheelchair and companion seating, we offer American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, captioning, large print and Braille programs, as well as visual assistance including Audio Description.
