If you opted to purchase protection and need to request a refund, visit Secure My Booking up to 60 days after your performance date. Once there, select “I want to apply for a refund” and follow these instructions:
Step 1 – Answer a few initial questions to help validate the application.
Step 2 – Complete all required fields and upload any necessary documents.
Step 3 – Click Submit

*Secure My Booking ticket protection is not available for the following DCPA sales: Education classes & summer camps, fundraising events, add-ons that are purchased separately from the event ticket, the purchase of a gift certificate and Group Sales tickets.
