Attention-grabbing headlines about outrageous ticket prices are hard to overcome, but at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, we attempt to make theatre affordable. Here’s how:

1. Scholarships

Whether it’s a Student Matinee or an education class, scholarships are available to students and schools to eliminate barriers to participation. In fact, in our 2018/19 season, we offered 11,695 Student Matinee scholarships and 659 class scholarships. INFO

2. DCPAccess

Thanks in large part to the voter-approved Scientific & Facilities District, the DCPA offers $10 tickets to many of its Theatre Company, Cabaret, and Broadway productions. Nearly 8,500 $10 tickets were distributed in 2018/19. INFO

3. Rush Discounts

We offer last-minute ticket options to all DCPA Theatre Company productions and select DCPA Cabaret shows:

• • Students: $10 tickets
  • Seniors (62+): Half-price tickets
  • Military: Half-price tickets

We invite you to arrive one hour before curtain, visit our main Box Office in the Bonfils Theatre Complex, and present your ID. If a seat remains, you’re in! Subject to availability.

4. Advance Discounts

Prefer not to take your chances? We have advance ticket discount options for our DCPA Theatre Company productions:

• Students: $20 tickets with code STUDENT (limit 2 per order)
• Seniors (62+): 20% off tickets with code SENIOR
• Military: 20% off with code BLUESTAR

5. Discount Club for Ages 18-30

For a $20 membership, individuals ages 18-30 can unlock substantial savings all season long for select DCPA Theatre Company, Broadway and Cabaret productions. The membership fee more than pays for itself; save up to 75%! INFO
