Our shows are as diverse as the community we perform for, featuring everything from world premiere plays, well-loved classics, fun interactive theatre experiences and favorites from every genre.

Our team believes and works toward a constantly-evolving theatre company that truly leads the national theatre conversation. Our passion for original works from fresh voices has led to the growth of the Colorado New Play Summit, an annual play festival featuring readings and performances of brand new shows.

And in recognition of our body of work (including 138 world premieres), we received the 1998 Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre. We are proud to call Denver home and excited to entertain our supportive and enthusiastic audiences season after season.

412 productions. 159 readings of new works. 138 world premieres and 27 commissions. After 35 seasons, we’re just getting warmed up.
